Lightweight aluminum grooming comb with stainless steel teeth for professional-quality at-home coat care.

The comb features two working sides:

Longer, wider-spaced teeth for combing the body, legs, and other areas with longer coat.
Shorter, closely spaced teeth for shorter coat, as well as the head and facial areas.

This professional comb is not designed for removing mats. Instead, it is used to check that the coat has been thoroughly brushed all the way down to the skin. After brushing with a slicker brush, the comb helps ensure that no hidden tangles remain.
HOW TO USE

Brush your dog’s coat with a slicker brush first, then run the comb through the coat in the direction of hair growth, reaching all the way to the skin.

If the comb glides through easily, the coat has been brushed properly.

If the comb catches, do not force it. Part the coat with your fingers, locate the tangled area, gently brush it out with a slicker brush, and then check the area again with the comb.
