At Pink Bone Beauty, we carefully prepare and pack every order to make sure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is approximately 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Grooming Kits: Free standard shipping within the United States.
Other Products: $7.99 standard shipping and $14.99 express unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The final shipping cost, if applicable, will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at pinkbonebox@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at pinkbonebox@gmail.com with your order number.
For damaged orders, please keep the original product and packaging and include clear photos when contacting us.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

At this time, Pink Bone Beauty does not offer international shipping.
